Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the general cancellation and refund terms for services provided by Colorido Tours Turkey Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti.. Specific conditions in your proposal or booking confirmation may complement or, in case of conflict, prevail over this policy.
1. General
Cancellation fees vary based on the type of service, suppliers involved and timing of the cancellation. Some services such as flights, special events or non-refundable rates may be subject to different or stricter conditions.
2. Package Tours
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% fee on the total land package plus any non-refundable supplier costs.
- 15–30 days before departure: 25% fee on the total land package plus any non-refundable supplier costs.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% fee on the total land package plus any non-refundable supplier costs.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total land package.
3. Daily Tours
Daily tours: Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the start of the service, except for non-refundable tickets or services. 50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before. No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time or in case of no-show.
4. Shows & Tickets
Show tickets, cultural experiences with fixed schedules and certain special events are generally non-refundable once confirmed by the supplier, unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Partial Cancellations
If one or more travellers cancel in a shared booking (e.g. room occupancy changes), additional costs or re-pricing may apply for the remaining travellers.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, are processed by Colorido Tours Turkey Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. within 10–14 business days after written confirmation of cancellation and after receiving any refunds from suppliers. Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible, deducting bank charges and non-refundable amounts.
7. Changes Instead of Cancellation
If instead of cancelling you request new dates or modifications, change fees and fare differences may apply according to supplier rules. We will inform you of available options.
8. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, decisions by authorities or major infrastructure disruptions), refunds may be partially or fully subject to supplier policies and may not be guaranteed. We will do our best to negotiate fair solutions such as rebooking or vouchers where possible.
9. No-Show
Failure to appear at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time without prior notice is considered a no-show and is generally non-refundable.
