Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the services provided by Colorido Tours Turkey Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. as a tour operator.

2. Acceptance

By using our website, submitting an enquiry or booking services with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

3. Services

We provide tour operator services including package tours, daily tours, transfers, accommodation arrangements, ticketing and custom itineraries. Specific inclusions and exclusions are detailed in each offer and booking confirmation.

4. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation (email or electronic voucher). A booking is considered confirmed only after we have issued written confirmation and, where applicable, received the required deposit or full payment.

5. Payment

Payment terms (deposit, balance due dates, accepted payment methods, currency and bank charges) are specified in the booking confirmation and/or pro forma invoice. The customer is responsible for any bank charges or fees applied by their payment provider.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking (names as per passports, travel dates, contact details, special requirements), verifying the correctness of documents received and complying with payment deadlines. You must also respect local laws, customs and instructions from guides and suppliers during the trip.

7. Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents (passport, visas, residence permits, health documents such as vaccination certificates) required by the destination countries. Colorido Tours Turkey Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type, supplier and timing. Specific conditions are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and may be further clarified in your booking confirmation. In case of conflict, the conditions in your booking confirmation prevail.

9. Changes by Customer

Requests to change dates, itineraries, names or services after confirmation are subject to availability, possible change fees and any additional costs charged by suppliers. We will inform you of such costs before proceeding.

10. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make necessary minor changes to the itinerary, accommodation or services (e.g. equivalent hotel of similar category) due to operational reasons, safety or force majeure. In case of significant changes, we will inform you as soon as possible and, when applicable, offer alternative arrangements or refunds in line with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Liability

Colorido Tours Turkey Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. acts as an intermediary between you and independent suppliers (hotels, transport companies, local guides, venues, etc.). Each supplier is responsible for their own services and terms. Our liability is limited to a reasonably foreseeable amount and in accordance with applicable laws. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by force majeure events, decisions of authorities, strikes, weather conditions, health risks or actions of third parties.

12. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, baggage loss, trip cancellation and interruption. Some tours may require mandatory insurance; details will be indicated in the offer or booking confirmation.

13. Complaints

If you experience any issue during your trip, you must notify the local guide or our emergency contact immediately so we can try to resolve it on the spot. Any formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the service, providing relevant documentation and evidence.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for non-performance or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, governmental measures or major infrastructure failures. In such cases we will seek fair solutions with suppliers, but refunds may be limited by their policies.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms, unless resolved amicably, shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant jurisdiction in your country of residence.

16. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will apply to new bookings and uses of the website from the date of publication.
