Yes. "At the Top" tickets are always issued for a specific entry slot, and the lifts only admit visitors within that window. We book the slot that fits the tour schedule and confirm it on your voucher; it cannot be changed on the day.
Dubai is relaxed in malls and hotels, but shoulders and knees should be covered in the souks and near mosques. Bring light long-sleeved clothing, sunglasses and closed comfortable shoes. Malls and vehicles are heavily air-conditioned, so a light layer is useful.
The tour operates year-round. From June to September daytime temperatures reach 40–45 °C with high humidity, so we shift outdoor walking to the early morning, keep stops short and spend more time in air-conditioned areas. Water is available in the vehicle throughout the day.
